POSITION OVERVIEW: The Human Resources Administrator supports the various functions of the Human Resources Department. Specifically, recruitment, onboarding, file management, unemployment, payroll, and supports the Director of Human Resources as required. This position also assists other City Department Heads as it relates to Human Resources. The Human Resources Administrator is exposed to all aspects of the Human Resources Department and works closely with the Director but may be assigned to specific functional areas of the organization or department, as determined by the Director of Human Resources.
