Description This position is responsible for ensuing that all products meet overall Estee Lauder quality standards. It provides leadership and direction to drive manufacturing plant and/or suppliers towards higher quality products and processes within and above compliance to regulations such as Health Canada GMP and US FDA. This position has responsibility for exempt and non?exempt personnel in QA groups at one or more Canadian Estee Lauder manufacturing locations. It is involved with manufacturing, packaging, development, and QA in Estee Lauder Canada manufacturing plants, distribution sites and third party facilities in Canada for problem resolution and continuous improvement.
