Role Overview The Financial Accounting SME will review and map accounting content to learning objectives, ensuring conceptual accuracy, logical sequencing, and practical relevance for introductory accounting learners. Key Responsibilities Audit accounting content for GAAP compliance and instructional clarity. Review TOC flow from accounting fundamentals to financial statements. Identify outdated standards, redundant examples, or missing practice problems. Map content and assignments to course-level accounting competencies. Develop new summaries, quizzes, and guided accounting solutions. Review tables, financial statements, and numerical examples. Prepare a Content Review and Development Report.
