Summary The psychologist diagnoses mental disorders, conduct psychological assessments and consultations, treat mental disorders through a variety of modalities and provide adjunctive interventions for treatment of medical disorders. The psychologist consults with medical center staff on a wide variety of patient care issues and may be involved in education and training, program evaluation and/or research activities. The incumbent may be responsible for providing various psychological treatments to one or more program within the service.
