Position Summary The Superintendent serves as the chief administrative officer of the Piatt County Veterans Assistance Commission and is responsible for managing and supervising all programs and activities as delegated by the Commission. The Superintendent provides advocacy and direct assistance for veteran clients and their eligible dependents and ensures effective implementation of departmental objectives in accordance with the Illinois Military Veterans Assistance Act and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
