Alliance Childcare is looking for a reliable, organized, and highly capable Assistant Director to work alongside the Owner/Director and help manage the day-to-day operations of our growing center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, takes initiative, and can confidently step in wherever needed. At least 2 years of childcare experience required. This position is truly a second-in-command role — someone who can think independently, support staff, communicate with families, and help keep the center running smoothly.
