Test Technician Job Description We are seeking highly capable Test Technicians to serve as the first line of defense for an early-stage robotic system. This role involves close monitoring, data capture, troubleshooting, and execution of defined test plans. In each testing site, two technicians will be staffed: an Operator and a Data Technician. Both technicians share responsibilities for safety, fault recovery, and communication with the engineering team. This is a hands-on role supporting new technology in an active operational environment. Responsibilities Operate a large robotic system using a tablet interface and dashboard controls. Follow structured test plans developed by the engineering team. Perform step-by-step tasks from on-device checklists.
