Job Description As a New Model Quality Engineer, you will be a key leader in ensuring the successful launch of new vehicle model. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive quality plans, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure the highest standards of quality are achieved throughout the APQP and new model development process. This is a customer facing role, where you will be the key contact point for customer quality team. Lead quality planning and assurance activities for new product and vehicle launches, ensuring compliance with customer, internal, and regulatory standards through all APQP phases. Drive new model launch execution, coordinating design reviews, prototype builds, pilot runs, and production ramp-up to ensure quality readiness.
