Job Description NORMAL WORK HOURS: 24 hours per week, Part-time- Monday—Friday IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: President OTHERS WHO MAY ASSIGN WORK: Dean of Students; Chief Human Resources Officer POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Non-discrimination Initiatives serves as the College’s lead administrator, responsible for ensuring compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), the Clery Act, and other applicable federal and state civil rights and non-discrimination laws. The Director provides leadership in advancing equity and inclusion through the prevention, response, and resolution of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct involving students, faculty, and staff.
