JEFFERSON ST NEOSHO MO 64850-1554 9-1-1 DISPATCHER DUTIES · Uses multi-line telephone system, answers incoming emergency 9-1-1 calls, obtain critical information to dispatch appropriate response agencies and, when necessary, provide pre-arrival emergency instruction. · Answers non-emergency telephone lines, answering citizen’s questions and aiding as needed. · Dispatches Law Enforcement, Fire and EMS responders on a multi-frequency radio system, keeps track of field traffic, and answering assigned calls via a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system updating field units as needed. · Access Missouri Uniform Law Enforcement System (MULES) via computer, providing information to field units as needed. · Checks and files warrants and related MULES printout as assigned and/or volunteered. · Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
