Job Description We are seeking an experienced M&E QA/QC professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and monitoring quality program metrics, analyzing trends, and working with applicable parties to correct any issues. This role will also involve assisting with the development of on-site partner construction QA and QC teams, as well as providing training to personnel regarding awareness and quality procedures. Ideal candidate: Someone self-driven, with the ability to have difficult conversations on any misalignments that may arise. Someone focus driven that has experience leading and coaching a team. Responsibilities Develop and monitor quality program metrics to evaluate projects' performance. Analyze metrics to understand the root cause of any disconcerting trends and then work with the applicable parties to correct those items.
