Lenz Distribution is seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Operations Manager with HVAC technical experience to support daily operations and help oversee our refrigerant packing line. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, HVAC certification or licensing, and the ability to step in and manage operations during the Operations Manager’s absence.
