Description The Process Engineer will own and support die casting processes from the production floor up, with a focus on improving efficiency, quality, and overall manufacturing performance. This role is hands-on and highly collaborative, working closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to keep processes running smoothly and continuously improving. Key Responsibilities: Design, analyze, and optimize die casting processes to improve cycle times, yield, and product quality Monitor day-to-day production performance and implement process controls to ensure stable, repeatable results Troubleshoot production and quality issues, performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions Develop and implement process improvements that reduce scrap, downtime, and manufacturing costs Partner cross-functionally to ensure products and processes meet internal and customer quality standards Support continuous improvement initiatives...
