RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB Complete all data entry for the summer and after school program (DYCD Connect, compliance files, etc.) Ensure proper implementation of program by team Develop and maintain strong working relationships with staff, youth, parents, and school. Implementation of program activities and scheduling Supporting the Director in completion of evaluation reports on a timely basis Maintain professional files on all staff for Department of Health review Order, manage and keep track of all program supplies and food/snack deliveries Keep organized computer records of all finances, registrations and program related information.
