The Talent Acquisition Manager develops and implements talent acquisition strategies to meet recruiting objectives and provide an engaging experience for hiring managers and candidates. They establish relationships with hiring managers, analyze trends, and recommend best-in-class talent acquisition solutions. Essential Functions: Strategic Talent Acquisition Collaborate with hiring managers and senior administrators to forecast and proactively identify labor market trends, retention issues, hiring trends and integrate findings into effective recruitment strategies for full-time faculty, adjunct faculty, staff, administrators, and contingent positions. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws and provisions of the FIT-UCE Collective Bargaining Agreement.
