Job Description The Maintenance Foreman is a working, journeyman level, position which will provide daily direction and hands on supervision to the in-house maintenance staff and outside contractors. This is a 3-week on & 3-week off rotational position with housing provided. The point of hire origin is Anchorage, AK. Schedule is regular day shift hours, Monday-Friday, and responsible for responding to emergency maintenance calls/requests. Responsibilities Personnel Management Directs, schedules, trains, and supervises the maintenance technician staff daily. Dispatches maintenance technicians daily. Makes sure the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all assigned employees are defined and understood.
