Position Title: Program Director of Wellness and Health Promotion. Department: The Wellness Center. Classification: Exempt. FTE: 1.0. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with evening and weekend hours required for events; travel up to 2% of the work schedule, which includes local (Twin Cities metro area) and national travel; overnight trips average 2 trips per year Work Location: On Campus. Salary Range: $68,000 - $77,000. Position Overview: To employ a public health framework and person-centered approach to coordinate Wellness Center activities and outreach at St. Olaf.
