The Quality Assurance Manager – Continuous Improvement drives quality excellence and operational efficiency across Bob’s quality organization. This role blends quality leadership with continuous improvement expertise to enhance product quality, streamline processes, and strengthen supplier and operational performance across the supply chain. The role partners cross-functionally and leverages data, analytics, and technology to support a culture of continuous improvement. Based out of Bob’s Home Office or Distribution Center in Taftville. This role may require occasional domestic and international travel to supplier sites, manufacturing facilities, trade shows, and distribution centers.
