Position Title: Welding Supervisor Wage: $40.00-$45.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm (Mon-Fri) QPS Employment Group is currently looking for an experienced leader for an aerospace and defense manufacturer in O'Fallon, MO. Supervisory skills/team leading and computer knowledge is a MUST! You will be required to pass AWS 3G plate (vertical uphill and downhill), 6G pipe, both using the GMAW and GTAW processes for aluminum and carbon steel materials and products. Welding Supervisor Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Organize daily work, stage materials, and keep jobs moving. Adjust priorities when emergency builds, reworks, or design changes hit. Work with machining, paint, design, and production to keep projects flowing across departments.
