MDS, nutritional assessments, strong MNT including weight loss, poor intake, wounds, and GI function, Tube feedings, menus, diets. Right candidate must possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and be able to work as a team. Must have RD credential. Salary negotiable. Offering $1000 sign on bonus.
