Job Description The Desk Receptionist serves a critical role as a layer of safety and security to the greater residence hall community and are designated as Campus Security authorities in accordance with the Clery Act. Serves as a key resource for residents, provide customer service through personal interactions, promoting an inclusive and welcoming environment for all residents and guests. Also assists residents and guests with equipment checkout and maintenance requests. Schedule : 11pm-7am Friday & Saturday during the school year (10-months).
