Job Title: Chemical Process EngineerJob Description Manage and maintain all plating and chemical surface finishing processes and related activities. Ensure continued compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. Establish and achieve planned performance levels with a primary emphasis on continuous improvement, ISO, and Lean Manufacturing. Promptly report any variance from plans and recommend corrective actions. Responsibilities Perform hands-on surface finishing operations when appropriate, such as during the development or improvement of a process.
