qualified individual for the position of Physical Plant Coordinator. This position is responsible for the facilities, grounds,
infrastructure, campus fleet vehicles, and equipment for Mat-Su College. This position is charged with continuing a high quality of general
operation and maintenance of campus buildings and property, to include grounds, water systems, septic systems, heating/ventilation
equipment, electrical, air-conditioning systems, plumbing, interior walls and flooring, lighting, elevators, and emergency generators. This
