Position Overview: Paulding County is seeking a Director to lead its Department of Job and Family Services (JFS) in delivering essential programs that strengthen families and support residents. Under the direction of the Paulding Board of County Commissioners, the Director oversees all operations of the Department of Job and Family Services (JFS). This includes planning, organizing, and reviewing departmental activities while coordinating with other County departments and external agencies. This role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, promotes innovation, and fosters partnerships to improve outcomes for residents.
