POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr Benefits and Wellness Specialist plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive employee benefits and wellness programs. This position collaborates across HR, leadership, and external partners to ensure competitive, compliant, and wellbeing-focused offerings.
