About the role We’re hiring a hybrid clinician–operations teammate who enjoys both direct clinical work and supporting a smooth, high-touch client experience behind the scenes. This position combines providing psychotherapy (minimum 15 clients/week) with intake coordination and office/operations support duties that keep the practice running efficiently. You’ll be a key point of contact for prospective and active clients, collaborating closely with our part-time intake coordinator and our Senior Operations & Client Manager , while also maintaining your own clinical caseload. What you'll do Clinical Work: Maintain a 15-session/week caseload (mix of in-person + telehealth) Treat primarily adults; space for additional specialities Participate in a weekly peer consultation group and team meetings.
