Overview: Element is seeking a motivated NDT Ultrasonic Inspector (Level I/II) – 3rd Shift to join our aerospace team. In this role, you’ll apply your technical expertise to perform ultrasonic inspections using approved NAS 410 techniques and procedures, ensuring every component meets strict aerospace quality standards. As part of our quality-driven team, you’ll set up and operate UT equipment, interpret and evaluate inspection results, document findings, and maintain calibration and inspection records. This position offers the opportunity to grow your skills in both nondestructive testing and quality assurance, supporting Element’s commitment to precision and safety in every part we test.
