Job Summary The Clinton County Soil & Water Conservation District is accepting applications for a District Specialist. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday. Starting hourly rate is $17.16 per hour, 40 hours per week, or higher based upon experience and/or education. The District Specialist job duties include, but are not limited to: assisting landowners with the implementation of state cost-share programs, such as surveying/staking fields for terrace layout, and designing the cost-share practice on the computer in the office.
