Job Description Our client, a Manufacturer of Medical Devices and Flexible Packaging Solutions, is looking to add Manufacturing Engineers to their Pleasant Prairie, WI site. The Manufacturing Engineer develops and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards; recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods and controls; coordinates manufacturing launch for new or revised products. The senior manufacturing engineer is expected to leverage their experiences to mentor others, take the initiative to assist in plant decision making and execute tasks with minimal supervision or direction.
