Job Title: Pilot Plant TechnicianJob Description The Operations Technologist role involves autonomously setting up, completing sanitation, and operating equipment for trials. You will provide support to various platforms, focusing primarily on the Cereal platform. Responsibilities Set up pilot plants using hand tools and industrial mixers. Perform heavy lifting of 50lb bags for mixing. Execute and document analytical tests, panels, and minor experiments. Procure and manage materials; manage and maintain pilot plant spaces. Safely operate large equipment, including mixers, valves, and pumps. Understand food safety requirements and perform risk assessments.
