About the Role: As a CBRE Assistant Facilities Manager you will be responsible for a combination of advanced facilities work in regulated spaces. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. What You'll Do: Will have 1 direct report in a manufacturing facility. Will be walking the facility to identify potential issues. Will be interfacing with the client on-site. Manage painting and patchwork projects. Major repairs of architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows.
