We are currently seeking an Events Coordinator who will be a highly motivated, highly organized individual who will be a part of a team responsible for the planning, coordination, execution and post-event follow up of fundraising and mission-related events. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who has strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support the Events team in planning, organizing, coordinating, promoting, and executing special events, including the Annual Gala, Walk & Wag, Tour-For-Life, Global Pet Adoptathon, Team Animal League events (such as the NYC Half and Full Marathons), and other fundraising and mission-driven initiatives.
