JOB PURPOSE: The Picker Packer is responsible for safely and efficiently removing finished products from production machines, inspecting them for quality, and packing them according to company standards. This role ensures products meet all SQF, ISO, and customer requirements, while maintaining a clean and organized work area to support overall production efficiency and product quality. ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Remove die-cut items from stackers or sheets and inspect them for defects. Verify proper quantity and package items into designated poly sleeves (bags) per company procedures. Assemble and pack products into cartons, seal, and apply correct labels. Seal master cartons, place carton labels, and record required documentation. Complete Process Inspection Reports and other required production forms.
