Job Description The Quality Engineer - BESS will partner closely with manufacturing, supplier, and engineering teams to ensure Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) products consistently meet quality, safety, and performance requirements. Day to day, this role will own quality activities across cell, module, pack, and system-level components, performing data analysis, leading failure mode and root cause investigations, and driving corrective and preventive actions using tools such as 8D, DMAIC, and 5-Why.
