Position Overview: The O’Neill Group is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Civil Site Superintendent / Project Manager (with GPS Survey Expertise) to lead site preparation and utility installation across our ground up wood frame multi-unit construction projects. This role blends field-level supervision with project oversight , ensuring all grading, excavation, debris removal, and utility installation are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
