QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Candidates must hold a Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) license Physical Education.2. Knowledge of the organizational structure and elements of a successful physical education program, in alignment with the MA Model of Health Education and Physical Education curriculum.3. Understanding of leadership theories and principles, developmental theory, social justice theory, learning theories, multiculturalism and health and wellness theories.4.
