Job Title: STCA/Customer Service Rep Job Description As an STCA, you will manage approximately 6 to 8 customer appointments daily. You will be responsible for operating a company-owned vehicle to visit customers' homes, finalize vehicle purchases, greet customers, inspect cars for sale, and facilitate paperwork completion using an iPad. Your role will also include accurately maintaining customer records within our tracking system. Safe driving and a clean driving record are essential, as is a team-oriented approach to assist colleagues when needed. Responsibilities Handle 6 to 8 customer appointments each day.
