The HR Generalist supports staffing, benefits, payroll assistance, and compliance with New Mexico employment laws. This role involves managing FMLA, FLSA, workers’ comp, attendance, and performance tracking. Heavy data entry required. Performs other duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage staffing and recruitment processes Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollment Handle workers’ compensation claims and documentation Support FMLA and FSLA compliance Assist with payroll processing and employee attendance tracking Maintain performance review schedules and documentation Perform heavy data entry and maintain accurate HR records This is a full-time, Temp-to-hire opportunity.
