The Bilingual Client Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for participants, community members, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and support across multiple program areas. This role assists with participant intake, referrals, data management, and overall program operations. The Specialist fosters a positive, professional, and welcoming environment, upholds confidentiality, promotes participant-centered service, and supports de-escalation and problem resolution as needed.
