The Medical Director will work at both Waldo and Pen Bay Hospitals partnering with the practice administrator(s) to lead the administrative and clinical operations of the Gastroenterology practice to ensure quality of care, patient safety, patient, provider and employee satisfaction and efficient use of resources.
