Position Overview The Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement Organizational Learning, reporting to the Senior Director RBS Learning & Enablement, is a key leadership role responsible for designing, deploying, and continuously improving enterprise-wide learning and enablement programs that accelerate the maturity of the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS).
