Position Summary: The Computer Technician II is responsible for, but not limited to, the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and support of campus computer systems and associated hardware and software; pulling and terminating wiring for voice, data, and video; documenting workloads and procedures; and providing prompt, courteous technical support to the campus community.
