Position Overview Position Summary Under the general supervision of the Business Manager, the Facilities Support Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the college facility to support an optimum teaching and learning environment, which includes performing routine cleaning, sanitation, facility support tasks, and upkeep of college facilities and related work as required. Position Overview Position Summary Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, the Physical Plant Director is both a strategic and operational hands-on position which, with limited supervision, responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and controlling all physical plant functions including, but not limited to, overseeing the maintenance and operation of all physical buildings and grounds, supporting the construction and/or remodeling of facilities, and the development and management of the physical plant’s budget and inventories.
