The St. Louis Regional Program Director is responsible for the overall delivery of programs and activities in alignment with the mission and goals of Connections to Success. This role provides strategic direction, develops and implements new initiatives, and ensures high-quality program outcomes. The Regional Program Director works closely with staff, participants, community partners, and internal leadership to ensure services are delivered seamlessly and consistently. The position collaborates with project partners to ensure program goals are met and works closely with the Vice President of Community and Impact and the Data Manager to ensure fidelity of implementation across programs.
