The Equipment Sales Manager manages all facets of construction sales and assists the Vice President in all construction-related matters. This role provides support and guidance to personnel involved in the company’s construction sales force. You will oversee sales reps and their professional development while also helping them resolve customer concerns or issues. What You Will Do in This Role: Develop and implement the General Line marketing plan and sales forecasts Prepare and manage budgets Direct the development and implementation of construction sales policies Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
