The Business Development Manager will represent GovDocs in the employment law compliance marketplace with primary responsibility for expanding the company’s already successful customer acquisition and revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will work as part of a two-person team (paired with an experienced Business Development Specialist working primarily on lead generation). This position requires consultative selling skills, problem solving ability, and an ability to translate the capabilities of a comprehensive compliance program into specific benefits for a given Fortune 1000 company.
