The Department of Mental Health is seeking an experienced, energetic Site Director for the North Shore Site Office. The Site Director position is fast paced and requires the ability to multitask, balancing both clinical, managerial and administrative tasks. This is a senior leadership position within the Northeast Area. An essential role of the Site Director is to provide day to day clinical leadership to the Site Office staff and clinical/risk management oversight for the DMH funded vendor operated services in the North Shore Site. The Site Director role combines essential clinical, managerial and administrative skills to monitor the Site's comprehensive mental health service delivery system and assures that the mental health service needs of individuals are met.
