Job Title: Survey Technician Job Description Join a dynamic national Architecture and Engineering firm focused on small cell site layouts for a nationwide telecommunications company. We are seeking a Survey Technician to coordinate and perform front-end drafting and fieldwork. The role will initially be office-based, transitioning to a 25% field and 75% drafting split, with fieldwork primarily in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Responsibilities Research work sites for survey preparation. Draft surveys using AutoCAD. Review and plot legal descriptions and title work onto surveys. Perform fieldwork to gather data for survey drafting. Essential Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. 5+ years of survey experience.
