JOB SUMMARY The Manager of Diamond Materials Growth is responsible for all production and engineering within the Saxonburg Diamond Materials Growth Department. The Manager will be responsible for efficient production of high-quality products being manufactured to meet the scheduling and quality demands of our customers. A strong focus is required on process yields, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. The Manager will oversee the Diamond Materials Growth Engineers and Supervisors who are responsible for the production workforce.
