Our Business Development Team is looking to grow and develop the future leaders of sales. This role is an exciting opportunity for you to get first-hand experience in prospecting, shadowing demo calls, engaging with and sending qualified leads to our Account Executives, enhancing your communication abilities with clients and learning from the top performers at Bectran to further your hunger for success. What You Will Do: Engage prospective customers by phone and email to schedule qualified demos. Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure strong communication and proper hand-offs. Make a great first impression with our prospects by demonstrating strong knowledge in key areas such as product, competitors, industry and more (you’ll be thoroughly trained on this).
